Ardagh is a traditional stone house with stone out-buildings which have been converted into a dairy/parlour and a holiday cottage. At one end of the house there is animal housing with a workshop above. To the other end is a small store beneath the balcony, and under the sun-lounge is the cheese-making room which is equipped to European standards of health and safety.

Large cloakroom/utility area with Belfast sink, plumbing for washing machine, exterior door to gravelled yard/parking area.

Large kitchen/diner/living area with Belfast sink, oil fired range, closed porch to front garden, original stone fireplace. The kitchen area leads to a sun-lounge with stripped wooden floor, cast iron radiator, very large arched window with French doors to a small balcony which enjoys views of the coast. There is a high arched ceiling and stairs to the first floor.

First Floor; Stripped wooden floorboards throughout.

Passage along length of house.

Bathroom with cast iron roll-top bath, radiator, ceramic basin W.C. and brass fittings.

Double bedroom

Single bedroom.

Kitchenette/diner/living room with wood-burning stove, open ceiling and steps  to gallery bedroom.

Gallery Room with window, stripped wood floor and wooden balustrade.

Passageway leading to bathroom and bedroom.

Bathroom with bath, wash basin and W.C. with airing cupboard.

Double bedroom with windows on three sides and wall storage.
